Destinations

 

We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to international locations.

Fast delivery

 

We understand that you want to receive your order quickly. Therefore, orders placed before 23:00 on working days will be shipped the same business day.

 

Processing time

 

Our dedicated teams have a processing time of 0-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

 

Transit time

 

The transit time, which is the time it takes for your order to arrive, ranges from 5-14 business days (Monday to Saturday). Free shipping

Good news! We do not charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. Most orders are delivered within 5-14 business days. We work with reliable carriers such as DHL, GLS, BPOST and bicycle couriers.

Weekends and holidays

 

Please note that during holidays and holiday periods, delivery times may be longer due to busier freight shipping. To avoid delays, we recommend ordering well in advance and being patient.

 

Wrong address

 

If you have accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address, it cannot be changed after the order has been completed. Reshipping to the correct address will incur a fee of €7, which will be paid by the customer.
