Returns to Ftrib

 

At Ftrib, we understand that sometimes things don't quite go as planned. We are here to help if you have received the wrong goods, if the goods you have received are faulty or if you are simply not satisfied with your purchase. Here's how we deal with it:

 

Wrong or defective goods

 

If you have accidentally received the wrong goods or if the goods received are faulty, please contact us immediately via Help@ftrib.nl We will discuss the best solution with you.

 

Returns within 14 days

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and resalable condition. How to Request a Return

How to request a return

  1. Download the return form and fill it out if you haven't already. If you need the return form, you can order it at Help@ribesta.com.
  2. Please make sure your return is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
  3. Clearly state "Return" on the outer packaging of the package.
  4. Use a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
  5. Send a follow-up email with your tracking details to Help@ftrib.nl.

Easy returns in three easy steps

 

Step 1: Request the return form via our contact form. Enter your order number, your email address and the reason for return.

 

Step 2: Send your order together with the completed return form to the address provided. Enter a Track and Trace code to track the process.

 

Step 3: receive the purchase amount within 5 working days after receiving the package on your bank account.

 

Please note that our returns are handled in China, which means that the return must be made outside of the EU. This may incur costs that are not reimbursed by us.
